Prevented IMEI

I bought this Iphone 11 unlocked for any carrier from Apple Store in Chicago and since I live in Brazil now, I have been normally using a SIM card carrier from Brazil for a few months. Recently, my SIM card stopped working, it says "No Service" constantly. I already changed the SIM card, even from another carrier, and it doesn't work.

I checked the IMEI online and it says "Prevented". I'm sending the screenshot.

I would like to know what should I do to fix this.

None of those web pages are reliable.

Ask your carrier for help with their sim.
