iPhone X problem with AirPods Pro

Hi, My phone its not bringing up that AirPods status when I'm opening the case. It's not connecting to my phone via Bluetooth also. While on different phones there are no problems. I've restarted my phone, AirPods, networks settings, forgot the device and so on. Can someone help me? Thanks.

Thanks for trying those steps out. Do you happen to have any other Bluetooth accessories you could try pairing to the same iPhone? That could help to see if the issue is with the AirPods specifically, or all Bluetooth accessories.



Which iOS version is currently installed? You can check for any pending updates in Settings > General > Software Update. If you need to update, follow the steps here, including backing up ahead of time: Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch


Also try toggling Bluetooth off and back on in Settings > Bluetooth (not Control Center). Additionally, try removing the case, if you use one. Try to also turn off Wi-Fi in Settings > Wi-Fi (not Control Center). These can help to further rule out interference.

To start, please try and remaining steps that you may not have tried from here: If your AirPods won't connect


When you note that you restarted the AirPods, did you try these steps to reset them: Reset your AirPods

If not, please give that a try as well, as the first link will mention.



Also, when you have the AirPods in the charging case, what color is the LED on the case? That can help us to determine if they're in setup mode or not.
