I bought 200 GB storage today but IPhone is still saying I don’t have storage to reinstall apps or make video.

i deleted hours of video and photos and offloaded apps and the phone storage usage continues to show 32.4 % out of 33%. I bought 200GB storage amd I still can’t reinstall apps or make a video.

You bought iCloud storage, used for backups and syncing. It does not add any storage to your phone, which will never have more than it did when you bought it. Here’s an explanation→What's the difference between device storage and iCloud storage? - Apple Support

Okay that’s a good explanation for the storage problem concerning devices and syncing. I will cancel that subscription But what could be the problem of storage not showing that the deleted apps, 100’s of pictures and 2 hours of video not giving storage back to add items or apps etc. After massive deletion the used storage level hasn’t show noticeable decrease. It’s still maxed out.
