Apple iPhone and smart watch

I can’t connect my Michael Korrs smart watch to my Apple IPhone 12ProMax. I have tried for over a month now it connects to my friends phone same kind , but won’t connect to mine.

iPhone 12 Pro Max, iOS 14

Please see the section "Does a Michael Kors smartwatch work with iPhone?" in the following article: https://www.wareable.com/fashion/michael-kors-access-smartwatch-guide-9873. It seems that you need to download the Wear OS app from the App Store to pair your watch.

I recommend contacting MK for assistance, there might be steps to take to connect it, there might be an app.
