I am being billed by both 1Password and Apple for subscription.

I am being billed by both 1Password and Apple for subscriptions. I originally started 1Password when it was a free app maybe in 2012, and since converted to the newer program with 1Password support.

Apple just billed me for an account due in March.

My info on 1Password.com shows my subscription is due in Oct 2021. I don't want to lose data by cancelling the wrong one. How do I know which is active with most recent activity of data I don't want to lose? What to do?
