Noise canceling issue on FaceTime

hello everyone. We tried everything in the meantime, including Setting up the phone as new. The problem of the other person getting cut off while I am speaking or there is background noise still persists.

this must be some overcompensation of background noise.

has anyone any new information?

FaceTime Audio Too Loud Everytime I join FaceTime calls, whether it be me and my brother or a group of friends, the audio is always loud for absolutely no reason. Even on the lowest setting, it still finds a way to be louder than a child screaming at the playground and it’s so aggravating. Is there anyway to fix this??? How am I supposed to have late night FaceTimes while my dad is sleeping if the audio is always blaring like it’s on the loudest setting?? I use an IPhone 11, but I’ve heard of it happening for many old (and more recent) phones as well.
