Cannot Subscribe to Paramount Plus

I'm able to subscribe to Paramount Plus in the iTunes store, but when I try and restore my purchase in the iPhone app and Ipad app, it tells me I already have an account and can login with that account. It's connected to my Itunes account, but does not show that I have subscribed. I've tried hard stopping the app, logging out and logging back in but nothing allows me to use my subscription that I've paid for.

The people over at Paramount have a solution to subscriptions made via iTunes. For you to access Paramount on the service app, you first need to verify to Paramount the subscription you made via iTunes


Let me quote what they say on this


“If you have not yet verified your subscription on paramountplus.com: 


  • You will be prompted to create a paramountplus.comusername and password, and you will use those credentials to sign in to Paramount+ on paramountplus.com.”


I hope this clarifies the issue.

It sounds like you are able to subscribe to Paramount+ in iTunes but when trying to sign in, it says you already have an account.
