im having a tough time trying to switch my carrier from an old iphone to a new iphone! thats all so i can continue too return the broken one!!!! thanks allot apple!

Take the SIM out of the old phone and put it in the new one. As long as the new phone is not carrier locked to a different carrier, it should work fine.
