My iCloud extra storage payment has failed. So I need to update payment details.
I’m being asked to verify the old card but don’t remember my security code! I can’t delete the old card or set up a new one!!
Seems strange as the old card has been cancelled by the issuer and replaced!
hiw do I sort this?

Add your new correct card as a new card. Then delete the old one.

I’m being asked to update my payment method due to the failed payment. I’m going into update payment, payment & shipping. It says I need to verify at least one payment method. They only one is the failed card which is now cancelled. I can’t add a new payment method either! 🤷♀️
I’ve just updated iCloud to use the wallet which is setup for Apple pay with my newest card! I’m not sure if that will help!
