Verification code received, however, icloud does not accept code
Is There a reason or solution why icloud photo does not accept the verification code received? Code is blocked from even being entered in spaces provided?

Apple was experiencing some issues with iCloud, including Photos previously. Looking at the system status, it doesn't appear that there's an issue anymore. You can check the status here: System Status
