Updated my phone and got a cellular update failure message. It is an 8 plus

Resolve SOS Only issue after iOS 16.2 update Hi, Not sure if people were able to resolve this. I upgraded my iPhone 13 to iOS 16.2 and suddenly my phone lost the ability to connect to mobile/carrier signal. It just shows "SOS" on the top. The list of options displayed in Settings -> Cellular also looks very different. Any idea how to resolve this? Thanks,

So what did Apple supported say when you contact them as stated in the last line of this link If you see an Update Failed or Apple Pay Not Available alert after iOS update or restart - Apple Support
