Anti-Reflective Coating Peeling Off

Hi, just wondering if anyone else is facing this issue that the anti-reflective coat is peeling on a 2018 15-inch Macbook Pro? Mine is starting to peel on the top right corner. My model is not eligible for the Anti-Reflective Coating Repair Program.
