Why are my AirPods glitching audio out I e tried to do all of the recommendations but it won’t work ?

Hello amaya298, Thanks for letting us know. This is certainly not the experience that we want you to have with your AirPods, and we are going to do everything we can to help you. With that being said, can you please tell us the iOS version you’re running on your iPhone?
You’ll find that listed in Settings > General > About.
