Hello, Can you please help me? I have two iPhone. One for France by Orange Fr and the other for Hungary byTelekom .HU

I am living in France. My Hungarian phone was operating properly for years. Approximately 1 week ago, I realised that I am not able to use the Hungarian phone. It is acting like it is the same device than my French phone.

When I am calling my mother in Hungary- via the French phone, there is a message: do yo want to use your remaining single line for this call?

Hello józsa,

It sounds like you're receiving a message about using your remaining line while calling out to your mother.

Are you running the most recent version of iOS compatible with your iPhone?

We would also recommend that you check for a carrier update. The article below can help.

If you can't make or receive calls on your iPhone

If possible, you can also try clearing out the Recent/Missed call history list in the Phone app, and restarting the device to test.

Let us know if you continue to run into complications.

Cheers!
