My iPad Air 2 is about 5 years old. It is out of warranty. The usage time on battery has drastically reduced, which is natural for a device that has been used for 5 years. How can I check if my battery needs replacement and is it worth replacing? The device works perfectly, except for the battery. What do you recommend?

If you want to know about the iPad Air 2 battery needs to be replace you gotta ask an Apple Repair person to check the battery health if it is below 80% you gotta ask for a battery replacement and get this done as it is not under warranty they will ask for the payment for battery replacement that might depend on availability and region you are in
Apple Says “80% after 1 year is normal. You can replace a battery if it lies below those level”
