When I try to login with my Apple ID and Password, I keep getting kicked back to the ID and Password prompts..... YES - I am using the correct ID and Password

Just to rule out any issues with the account itself, try logging into the Apple ID website here: Manage your Apple ID

If you have issues logging in there, try using the same page to reset the password, if that seems to be the issue.

Also, which device are you trying to sign into, and which app/feature are you trying to login to? Does this happen on all devices and apps? Does it give you any errors?



If it happens to not be an issue with the account, try restarting the device, which often help with general issues. We see that the post is tagged with 'Apple TV 4K'. If that's what you're having issues with, then you can find steps to restart it here: Restart Apple TV
