Lost I watch series 6 gps & cellular

I lost my Apple Watch series 6. Which has find my in active but the problem is it was off since 2 weeks and now Iam unable to locate it in find my....need help

If the watch is dead then you can only find it the manual way,the watch needs some kind of internet connection in order to find it online.
