I have a series 5 but the button is not there when I scroll down to update my goals? Ideas?

When you say forced press what do you mean? I’ve tried pressing all over the fitness app on the watch and my phone and can’t figure out how to change it. Even when I scroll to the bottom of the pages, nothing.
Are you running IOS 7 or 6?
On 6 it is a forced press on the activity app on your watch
On 7 it is on the bottom of the activity app page on your watch
A "forced press" is a rather hard and long press on the face of the watch.
