Refund On a Incompatible App

So, I had this app called "Intro Maker". There is subscriptions you could pay for the full app or a One Time Purchase. I bought this One Time Purchase in a Black Friday as of 2020. Now the app is not in the app store anymore. Can you refund something that cannot show up in the app store anymore?
