Settings, General. iphone storage

Show all recommendations and follow them.

Check “Other” storage at the end and if it is a lot more than 6 GB then

Backup and restore

(1)How to back up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch – Apple Support

(2) Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings – Apple Support

(3) Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup

PS please don’t use CAPITALS, it is a rude thing on forums.
