My powerbeats pro will not flash a red light for pairing

If resetting them hasn't helped, then the next thing to do would be to try and update them, as shown here: Update the firmware of your Beats product

If you're still unable to pair after doing that, you may need to have your Beats serviced. You can get started on this process here: Beats Repair and Service
