If you are using iCloud Keychain to share your passwords between your Apple devices it could indicate you are using that same password on another website on one of your other devices.

The "plus 1 more" would indicate that you are using the same password for multiple websites. If you double click where it says, "plus 1 more", it should show you the website that is using the same password.

This information is correct, however it does not answer the question.
Perhaps one should ask, (Where is or what is the "1 more")?
