Can more than one device get HomeKit notifications?

When you are using Home Kit and you have a device that's known to your Apple TV Home Kit hub. Can more than one device receive notifications from the HomeKit compatible appliance via the hub?

HomeKit Notifications I recently purchased an Apple TV 4K and have it setup as my home hub with a eufy pan and tilt camera added. I added my partner to the home app and set her up as an admin so she can add and control accessories remotely. I am receiving notifications for the camera with no issues, however, my partner is only receiving notifications when she opens the home app, whether she is connected to the Wi-Fi or not. I can’t find any difference between the settings on my phone and on hers. Any help would be gratefully appreciated.

Homekit notifications only when I'm at home I'm using my AppleTV 4K as Homekit hub and I'm not getting notification on my iPhone when I'm away from home. Anybody knows why?

HomeKit Hub Extender I have multiple Apple devices in different rooms that can act as a HomeKit Hub. One of my Apple devices is designated as the the HomeKit Hub, the other devices are on standby. My Question is: Do any of these other Apple devices act as a HomeKit extender such as another Apple TV in another room?
