Formatting irregularities between iPad and Mac with GoodNotes 5

I am working with GoodNotes Cover formatting on my new iPad Pro. I have added a text box to an image that I've screen-shotted and imported into GoodNotes. It looks perfect on the iPad, renders perfectly on my Mac (Big Sur 11.2.3) then after less than a minute, the font changes. Specifically, I'm using DollyGirl and it is defaulting back to Helvetica.

I've tried to reformat both from iPad to Mac and Mac to iPad. Again, looks fine until it syncs. Note: I have copied the "new" font into the "Computer" section of Font Book, and iCloud is synched to GoodNotes. There has to be some syncing issue, somewhere? Thoughts? Can you help?
