I would appreciate an advice on how to transfer a custom made ringtone to iPhone 12 Pro.

Great. Iirc they should mr4 but it has been a while since I created my ringtones. :)

I usually open iTunes, connect the iPhone X, open the tones tab & drag & drop the tone into this.

I actually also figured it out and it works the same for iPhone 12 Pro.

the ringtone files should be of the .r type.
