i was using my iphone 11 on instagram, and suddenly my phone lagged with pink pixlated boxes on screen and a radio noise was on for a few seconds, then the screen turned black and it restarted .
This is the first time that this has happened, could it be from inatgram or did someone hack my phone?
My phone is new and it has no problems

You have not been hacked (unless you jailbroke the phone) but you may have a hardware fault.
Hopefully it was just a software glitch
Don't worry unless it happens again, at which point initiate a repair.
