Apple Watch Stuck

My apple watch is stuck on choose language and manage. I held down the side button and put my finger on the digital crown and nothing happens. Any suggestions???

Apple Watch Apple stuck on screen My Apple Watch is stuck on a black screen with a white apple in the middle. I have held down the buttons to try and restart it, let it die and recharge to try again, unpaired and erased the content of the watch to try and re-pair it, nothing has worked.
