Touch ID not working on iPad 10.5 Pro
To clarify, it works normally on its own. With a charger plugged in it does not.
found out today that if a headphone jack is plugged in it also does not work.
basically if anything is plugged in, Touch ID doesn’t work.
a little inconvenient to need to unplug everything to unlock, and not given the keypad to just key in the passcode.
ive ready through an entire old post for suggestions to reset by holding sleep/wake and home button until Apple logo appears, and all software is up to date.
any other suggestions, short of getting a new device? Thank you all for your time!
