Office 2016, 2019 or 365 will only import data from Outlook 2011 or newer.

if your goal is to get data from Entourage into Outlook, you can't do that without first importing the 2008 Entourage data into Outlook 2011.

If you're using Outlook 2011, you need your email database long enough to import it into Office 2019.
