You can use this to get around a phone passcode -> If you forgot the passcode on your iPhone, or your iPhone is disabled - Apple Support but if you have run into Activation Lock, like in the article you came here from, there is no way around that. It isn't your property, if you found it at a business return it there or turn it in to the local authorities.
