Is there a way to prevent my child from deleting messages on her iPad? I want to view them and be the only one to delete them.

Turn on Parental Controls or Screen Time.

I don’t know of any way that you can restrict what anyone, child or adult, deletes from their own messaging account under their own AppleID.

It is her own, but I want to prevent her from”hiding” stuff.
