Hello, I can use iMessage and FaceTime on any MAC (on iPhone works fine). After I trayied to login I got message: You can't login with iMessage on this MAC. Contast with Apple support.

Thank you for info Sharhari! The situation is like this: it account and Mac belongs to my mother which isn't proficient in technical aspect. I (son) wanted to help her and I expected that I write to Apple to get support with that way (without call).
