My Aunt forgot her appleid, password, and her password to her email. So I have been trying to help her over The phone. We got all The way to The page for her to Agree or Disagree. She clicks Agree and then it says it canʻt be done at this time. What are we missing? HELP!!!
If you haven't recovered the password for the email go to the email provider's web site and look for a password reset option.,
