Is my iphone 8 plus hacked?

My iphone 8 plus calendar randomly spammed quite a lot of messages that says "Your information is exposed to everyone. Click now to secure your data." and there's a link to a website.

Has this happened to anyone?

Is there any way to fix this? or should I get a new phone? Is all my information compromised?

If running iOS 13 or earlier versions, check: Settings - Passwords & Accounts - Accounts - Any rogue entries here? If so, delete the rogue account.

If running iOS 14, check: Settings - Calendar - Accounts - Any rogue entries here? If so, delete the rogue account.
