I can do voice memos and talk to people on Speakerphone just fine, but if I want to put the phone to my ear on a call, the phone does transmit my voice at all. My volume goes up, down, disappears, and sounds like I'm under water.

Apple suggested a bunch of steps, and I finally got back into my iTunes in order to try wiping and factory resetting the device.

I performed a back up directly to iTunes and hope this will preserve my app's locations on home screen.
