Just wanting to get a web browsing history and call/text history from my other linked apple icloud account/phone. I’m signed in on two devices. I believe some stuff was turned off on the other device. Thanks!

To get started, by chance do you have iCloud Drive enabled on both devices that are signed into your Apple ID? If so, check out the following resource on how to view your call history from your iPhone: View and delete the call history on your iPhone - Apple Support
If iCloud Drive is not enabled, you would be unable to view the call history without having access to the other device.
As for the browsing history in Safari, this would work in a similar way. If you have Safari enabled in Settings > [Your Name] > iCloud on both devices, this should sync the browsing history across all devices signed into the same Apple ID.
