Apple ID fraud
Someone used my Email and created née Apple ID and password and signed into iMessage
this is fraud

In order for an Apple ID to be created using your email address, the account would need to be verified by that email address. If you believe an account was created, we recommend securing the email address that was used by updating the password as the first step.
