bluetooth bootcamp issues between MacOS and Win10

Hi,

I'm having issues using the same bluetooth device between MacOS and Win10 with bootcamp.

The device is a pair of wireless headphones which worked perfectly fine in both OS's before an upgrade for MacOS. After the upgrade I can only use the device in one of the OS's.

If I boot in windows and pair the device there, when I reboot into MacOS the Mac can see the device but cannot connect to it.

If I then pair the device in MacOS after deleting it, it will work in MacOS. However if I try again in Windows, the same result occurs, Windows can see the device but not connect to it.

Prior to the MacOS upgrade the headset worked perfectly fine in both OS's without issue.

Any help here is appreciated.
