Big Sur - "Time Machine couldn't complete the backup to"... "The backup disk image could not be created"

Good morning!

I am currently running BigSur 11.2.3. Since upgrading to BigSur, I have not been able to backup to either of my NAS devices. I have a WD My Cloud and a Syncology device. I have tried to create a new "share folder" on both the NAS devices, delete the old backup and start a fresh, and tried a slew of different combinations on the NAS without success.

I am losing my mind on this one and not sure what the next step would be. Thoughts? TIA

Found the issue. After going through these forums for the past few weeks, it was Sopohos that was causing the issue. I removed it and the Time Machine is working great once again.
