I think I inadvertently deleted my document folder out of Finder. The individual documents are all there under their respective individual folders, but the folder under favorites list as "documents" is missing. How can I restore it?

Try clicking on your Home folder, (House icon), if Documents show here then drag it to the Sidebar.

Did iCloud Drive get enabled some how?

I tried, no "Documents" there either.
