MBP 2018 no longer chimes when plugged into power source.

Have done SMC reset 3 times and it is not resetting chime when plugged in. Menu bar battery indicator shows plugged in but no lightning bolt indicating active charge. What happened to chime? and lightning bolt indicator?

MacBook Pro 15″, macOS 10.13

It generally won't begin a charge cycle unless the battery is below about 90 percent.

¿Is it below 90 percent?
