I'm trying to use the available USB port in my Dell monitor to connect my LogiTech webcam. I know the USB port works, because I plugged in a light and have power.
However, my pc isn't recognizing the webcam. I have BigSur, should this work? If so, what is needed?

Thank you for posting in Apple Support Communities. Let’s take a look at this together and see if we can get this working for you.
A good test for the webcam would be to open an application such as Photo Booth and try selecting the Logitech camera. After opening Photo Booth, in the menu bar select Camera. Do you see your webcam to select here?
If not, let us know how you have the external monitor connected to your Mac. Also, you may want to reach out to Logitech support.
