I had purchased a Thunderbolt 4 doc called QGeeM but it's power supply died in four days. When it worked, the camera worked. now the camera is not usable at all when plugged into a USB 3 hub that does work with external drives and such. The same thing is true about a recently purchased Blue Yeti microphone.

I don't understand why these functional devices cannot be used with a brand new computer

Hi, Raclotron… what model of Logitech Webcam, please ?

here’s logitech’s support page for its webcams…

https://www.logitech.com/en-us/products/webcams.html?gclid=EAIaIQobChMIrLmhuZHO9gIVnwytBh3ObwrSEAAYAiAAEgLl-vD_BwE… you can pick your version of Windows or Mac and if there’s an update/driver for it, it’ll show up ( up to Monterey, MacOS 12)
