Logitech webcam incompatible with ventura 13.5.1

Can’t get my new Mac Studio running Ventura 13.5.1 to recognize my Logitech 930s webcam. Went through online Apple support, 2 hours at the BestBuy Geek squad where I bought the Logitech and finally a senior Apple phone support tech. The camera simply isn’t detected. Even more weird, the microphone is detected. Finally, the support guy said he had no idea, other than to contact Logitech to see if they had updated drivers.

We are having the same issue.

Logitech used to work fine until the update to 13.5.1. Machines are Mac Studio M1 chipset.

All of the permissions are set correctly for Mic, Camera, Full Disk Access, Accessibility, and Screen Recording.

It is using a USB 3.0. I've heard from several users that switching to a webcam that does USB-C to USB-C/Thunderbolt 4 will allow it to work but I haven't had a chance to try that as of yet.
