Why does my iPhone keep auto locking when I’m talking on video call? It never happens but recently it auto locks when I’m video calling
You're welcome. Try and remember that one of the easiest troubleshooting steps if the device gets out of line is just to restart it. It is a mini-computer and every once in a while it needs a restart. Enjoy your device.
Yes I restarted my phone yesterday and now it’s working perfectly fine. I was really worried. Thank you so much for helping me Chris :)
If this is only happening with WhatsApp, I suggest you contact their support for help. If you have tried restarting the phone and it does not change, that would have to have something to do with the way the app handles the video call.
What are you using for this video call, meaning what app?
WhatsApp. I didn’t have this problem before. But since yesterday when I used the video call option my phone starts to lock every 30secs
