Share photos to Facebook

We are experiencing a weird issue recently when sharing photos to Facebook. If I choose the photo directly from the Photos app and then when I hit Post to Facebook it will say something about doing it when connected, but it never happens. What is odd is that I AM connected as I can view Facebook of any other online activity.

If I post the photo directly from with Facebook it works fine. I'm a little stumped that when I try it from within the Photos app it gives that warning and doesn't work. I've rebooted the phone, uninstalled and reinstalled the Facebook app but still can't post directly from Photos app

Anyone ideas?

Hi, I just posted having the very same issue. It seems to have begun with the upgrade of the facebook app v 310 as I'm just noticing it the last couple of days after working just fine earlier. I have reported to Facebook but have heard nothing. I can share a photo to messages or e-mail but not to my facebook feed. I did try to post on the facebook "my story" and that actually worked but not the usual way I share to my facebook feed. If I pursue the feed share, it never gets posted and the screen freezes and goes black. I also have tried al the usual solutions and nothing helps. I sure hope someone has answers or that we hear from Facebook!

I also tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Facebook app and the issue was still there. It did work a little while ago so I figured it was either in the Facebook app update or maybe the iOS 14.4.1 update. Being it is affecting numerous people, hopefully someone will eventually fix it.

We have two iPhone 11's and it happens on both. If I'm in the Facebook app and hit the Photo button on my timeline, it works fine.

However if I am in the Photos app and hit share to facebook from there, I get the following message with the photo never showing up. I'm not sure what thinks it is offline as nothing is.

I’m having the same problem text Facebook but get no response apple told me it’s Facebook book app but I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled and still the same problem same with YouTube can’t upload music to Facebook I’ve sent several text to Facebook and no response
