I have a lot of apps, and they’re organized on my cell. Is there a way to have my iPad mirror this setup so I don’t have to do it again? I feel like this is a really simple idea and am really sick of the ‘tricks’ I find online taking everything out of my folders and organizing them alphabetically.
The longer answer would be if you want to backup the phone, restore the backup to the iPad, that will mirror your app arrangement on both devices but it will also mean that the devices share the same data and any iPhone only apps may not work on the iPad and as soon as you make changes to your app arrangement on the phone, that would ruin the mirroring in the iPad.
Let Apple know how you feel about this.

This seems like such a basic concept. It blows my mind Apple hasn’t fixed this...
