My phone is sending random pictures to contact in my imessage

My iphone 11 blasted a set of random photos to my girlfriend and then an hour later it happened again with another set of different photos. My phone was next to me and I didn't touch it for hours when she received the messages, she was sitting right next to me when it happened. Why is this happening??
