In order to restore the device it must be connected to a computer. If you don'thave one, perhapsa friend could help. If not, make an appointment at the nearest Apple Store for assistance.

I have scammers on my iPad I cannot connect it to a computer as it has scammers on it as well. I am disappointed that I can’t get assistance with my iPad. When I bought it there was always was assistant with it not now.

I am truly angry. I am not able to get to an to store due to Covid-19 and have health conditions.,
