Are safari links, saved to the iPad Home Screen, backed up using iCloud?

The layout of your iPad Home Screens, including all Apps and shortcut links, are saved in your iCloud and iTunes device backup. Whilst included within the backup file, the Home Screen layout is not synchronised between devices.
